"Wish It Was a Bit Greener"
I’ll be honest, I had mixed feelings about this. At first I was excited, and there are definitely things I liked, but then I couldn’t help feeling a little disappointed that it wasn’t greener. Maybe I expected too much, but I kept thinking it could’ve been better in that area. Still, it’s not bad overall, I just wish there had been more effort put into making it feel more eco-friendly.

"Really solid warranty experience"
I had a small issue with one of my Pas Normal pieces after using it for a while, so I reached out to their support team not expecting much. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly, asked for a few photos and my order details, and kept the whole thing super simple. No ridiculous back and forth or making me jump through hoops. In the end, they handled it under warranty, and I was impressed. Good experience overall, and I’d definitely buy from them again

"Worth It, Even If I Tried to Cheap Out First"
It’s not the cheapest kit out there, but that’s on me for thinking the bargain ones would do the job. The quality feels really solid, the fit was spot on, and it’s held up well so far. For what you get, the value feels fair to me...

I had a crash and reached out to them about replacement support. To be fair, they did get back to me and pointed me in the right direction, but it took a few days longer than I was expecting. The replacement discount helped a little, just not as much as I’d hoped. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it felt average

"Super comfy kit, even on the little details"
Picked up a jersey and bibs from Pas Normal Studios and I’ve been really happy with them so far. The fit was pretty much spot on for me, and what I noticed most was the small stuff — no rubbing around the straps, no weird bunching at the waist, no tight little pressure spots after a longer ride. Even the leg grippers stayed put without feeling like they were digging in. Definitely not cheap, but comfort-wise, I don’t regret it

"Delivery was a bit hit or miss"
Ordered from Pas Normal Studios. Items arrived fine, but shipping took longer than expected. Tracking barely moved for a few days, which was annoying. Package was in good shape when it got here. Not awful, just wouldn’t count on it if you need something fast.

"Solid gear, sizing was a little tricky"
I’ve been using a few Pas Normal Studios pieces for my regular rides, they’ve held up really well! The bibs still feel comfortable even after a ton of washes, and I haven’t noticed any seams coming loose. The jersey fabric hasn’t gotten weird or stretched out either, which is a relief. It’s definitely on the pricey side, so I was expecting good durability... but I’m still happy with it overall. Taking off one star because the sizing was a bit tricky for me

"Light, comfy, and dries fast"
The fabric is really light, which I noticed right away, and it dries quickly too. I wore it on a longer ride and stayed comfortable the whole time, which is kind of the main thing for me. Also, after washing it, it didn’t get all saggy or weird, so that was a plus. It is a bit pricey, not gonna lie, but the fabric performance is definitely solid.

"Refund came through, but not as promised"
I returned an item and did eventually get my refund, so that part was fine. But it took longer than I expected, especially compared to what they make it sound like when they say returns and refunds are quick and easy. Support did reply, but not exactly fast, so I had to wait around more than I thought I would. Overall, it worked out, but the experience definitely didn’t match the smooth process they promised.

"Great Quality, Just Watch for Import Fees"
I ordered from pasnormalstudios and overall I’m happy with the experience. The clothes are definitely as good as I hoped they’d be, maybe even a little better in terms of quality, and the shipping was quicker than I expected. The only downside was that I got charged customs/import fees when the package arrived, which I wasn’t really prepared for. I wish that had been made clearer during checkout. Still a good order overall, just not quite as seamless as I thought it would be

The overall quality feels good at first, but on mine the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on this experience, I’d be a little hesitant to count on it holding up long term.
